Kewra water has a distinctive floral perfume and only a little is needed to scent a dish. Use kewra to add fragrance to spiced rice dishes, such as pulaos or biriyanis, or use it to impart a special flavour to home-made lemonade or refreshing yoghurt lassi and sweets.
